Sending X-10 commands

New to HAI.

Have an OmniPro II panel newly installed.

Several questions:

1. Is there a minimum on time for X-10 units?

2. Is it possible to send commands to turn all lights off on a specific house code?

2. There are two X10 commands. All Lights Off {rarely used by X10 modules} and All Units Off. Both are House Code specfic.
All Units Off. Turns Off every module on that House Code.
All Lights Off would turn off all light type modules on the Specfied House Code.

I don't use HAI. So I can't say if it can support those two commands.
