Ok here's my 2 cents the Zalman HD160 it's alittle pricey but worth a look - onboard USB coupled VFD and IR receiver built into the case - no external wires, except for the blaster.
I had the Cavalier 2 CAV-T02 (cooler Master) case and the PS died which is/was proprietary so the case was usless after 6 months. It was pretty cool looking though, the power meter thing bounced to the sound so it looked like a power amp.

I think there's a major decision point impacting this list and that is whether you intend to rack mount or not.
All of these probably would look good in a standard entertainment center, but if your rackmounting, i think there are better choices. I'm currently considering Antec's take3/take4 (but they are pricey!):

What, and so that's your poor excuse for it being out of date with the internet??
If anything, I'd suggest removing all links and just putting case manufacturers and models...let people go find their own links and prices.
Love my Silverstone LC-17, btw.

In keeping with the statement "I want this thread to be one of the better references on the net." one could only surmise that the info would be up to date. If there's no intention to keep the list up to date this I'm not sure it's going to meet the initial goal. It's not a big deal but would make the list usable.FYI, the original post that provided those links is four years old!
When this thread was created, there weren't many nice cases on the market. Obviously this has changed (for the better), and it's impossible to keep the thread up to date. I kept it in place since it still mentions some of the more popular manufactures, but it seems this thread is doing more harm than good, so I am going to unsticky it, and let it disappear for now. I will compile a better list in the near future, I just have to take care of a few other projects first.

One that has emerged since the thread started is Thermaltake. IMO, they make some pretty nice HTPC cases.
