I'm having trouble with my OmniII Pro reaching my security provider. In PC Access, the number to dial and account numbers are right.
I would like to verify that this same information is in the system. Is there a way to look for this info from a console?
Under dial, I see dial out numbers, but don't believe that is the same as the dial number for the security provider.
