I'm seeking to connect a wireless motion sensor to my hard wired door bell chime. I see that many of the wireless motion sensor receivers have a form C dry contact relay with optional NO/NC positions. Being an "old timer" I'm only familiar with electromagnetic relays, can the door bell wire run on this type of relay in the NO position? And if not does anyone make such a wireless motion sensor receiver combination that will run a hard wired bell?

If I were to guess I'd think he's trying to trigger the doorbell any time motion is detected
But yeah - some additional info about example motion detectors, what exactly you're after, and any equipment you have now that may work in conjunction will help us help you.
In the simplest form, I'd say yes - if it has a Form C relay there's little reason it wouldn't be able to toggle the doorbell - but keep in mind - behavior all depends on the motion detector - many hardwired ones will keep the relay activated as long as motion continues (effectively holding down the doorbell button) where most wired ones only trip once then go to sleep for a few minutes.
