Actually, I didn't consider that.
I emailed the manufacturer, and he said that the compensated operating temperature shown on the spec sheet "is the temperature range for the air going through the differential transducer". At 131 degrees F, that is an issue I need to consider. I'm hoping that a few feet of hose and the low pressure involved will keep the exhaust temp that the sensor sees below the limit.
I bought a LintAlert on eBay, mainly to get the thing it uses to tap into the dryer flex duct. It will also be good to have something to check my results against. Should be here in a few days.
