I've had it for almost two years now. I think the key is professional installation. Seems that people that tried to DIY it or buy it at Lowe's and have a Lowe's subcontractor try to install it are the ones having the trouble.
I had a W-D dealer install a new door with torsion bar and the iDrive all at the same time. The dealer said that they haven't had any trouble with their installations. I would suspect that the dealer who said he was 0 for 70 was installing them wrong.
