HAI Dimmer Issues

A coupl eof issues have popped up:

1) the blue LED on a dimmer has stopped working. It flickered for a while... the stoped working. The switch functions normally... just with a nonfunctional LED.

2) A different switch occasionally turns off immediately after being turned on and the LED flashes red. It seems like it is indicating some kind of error.

Any thoughts on these two problems?

Just educated guesses here but, #1 sounds like hardware failure and #2 sounds like a bad neutral connection.

Just educated guesses here but, #1 sounds like hardware failure and #2 sounds like a bad neutral connection.

For #2 it looks like it was a problem with the light fixture itself. I replaced it and now operation is solid.

I think I just got a bum switch for issue #1.
