Just saw your order - thanks.

Question - one of the items you ordered was a 2386 switch. You do know that that is not a 2-way switch? It is a 1-way switch with scene controls. The 2-way switch with scene controls is the 2380 switch - same price.

Please let me know if you want to change them.

Defiently want the 2-way switch. Great service, thanks. I thought there were two SwitchLinc's 2-ways [one of them being a plus with lower signal absorbation]. Am I wrong on this? Can I consider my order corrected here, or do I need to go to your website and change it there?

Another ?, do you plan on stocking the new Smarthome USB interface with memory? If so will you have it avaiable close to the same timeframe as SmartHome? To me this seems as an ideal deceive. I think HS would support this in some fashion. Also the software with it looks interesting, but I think paying a monthly charge for the web access is a killer.

It really is a pleasure doing bussiness with you [except for the fact that it cost money]

Sure, consider your order changed. No, the one you ordered was a 1-way switch but has scene controls. Although I do stock those, I don't sell many of them because it's probably the most expensive 1-way switch I carry. It's for people that want scenes but do not want a 2-way switch.

Yes, as soon as the new USB device is available I'll have them.
