Good morning... i think ive exhausted all options so need to call in the experts.. all of u!
So... i needed to replace a few of my old Somfy Sonesse 30 RS485 motors (black version) with new Somfy SOnesse 30 RS485 (Tan/white version). I have a central power distribution and communication via a closet upstairs. Wiring has been checked multiple times (but will do again) I installed the new ones, set the upper and lower limits using the setup tool. THey move and stop at the correct spot. I have taken the Node ID / converted it using the ILT software and put it in HAI PC Access, synced it with the board. I have even tried just putting the original code in case it liked Node ID/vs ILT conversion. Synced, etc.. I have also isolated just the new ones on the control board (unplugged all the old ones for testing)... Nothing works to send a command via PC Access to get the new ones moving. Old ones work fine. Is there any crazy settting on new somfy shades vs. the old ones that i have missed? What have i missed? Thanks in advance.
regards, mark
