Omni IIe replace battery UPB not working,

Last week I got a low batterie warning.... didn't know how much time I had to replace it I was in vacation, on my return at 3am everything start buzzing..... Battery condition warning at the panel. I unplugged the panel and the batterie everything when down..... The next day I replace the battery and power the panel back up. since then everything UPB is not working.... like something is wrong... I pushed back the configuration files from PC Access same thing.... I plugged Upstart to check.... same problem.   it is not able to read any switch I got a good connection on tried noise level.... all good very nice signal.... could my PIM be fried???

I did reset my PIM to factory reset..... didn't work better

Waited a few days and things are back to normal now...... I'm puzzled
