Omnistat2 Occupancy Mode Changing

I'm looking at using the occupancy mode with the Omnistat2. Since it allows storing of 4 heat/cool setpoints I can save a bunch of user settings in the OmniPro II. However I want to be able to change the occupancy mode from the OmniPro II.

Consider the scenario of arming the system at night. The Omnistat2 changes the temp to the night setpoints. In the morning I want the setpoints to change to day 30 minutes before I wake up. Right now it looks like the only options are to progamatically disarm the OmniPro II or send manual setpoints to the thermostat. Sending manual sepoints means I need to mainating the temps in the program or user settings.

Is there somehow I can send the command to change the occupancy mode?

The tstat responds to the mode of the Omni.
You can't change the mode of the tstat independently.

You can programmatically arm to DAY mode, so the alarm is still armed but the day set points will be used.
You could also send plus or minus numbers to the tstat set points instead of stored values (since you should know what the stored values are).
