serial controlled relay board

Hi,
I am looking for a relay board that can be controlled by ascii code. I ran out of outputs on my Omnipro II so I'm thinking of using a spare serial port to control relays using the HAI Pro link protocol. I know I can get the HAI expansion enclosure but I dont need the extra inputs. Any product or link to a website would be much appreciated.

how exactly are you going to interface your HAI? do you wanna use a computer or other device to communicate using the serial protocol?

@panamanian- The omnipro ii will send ascii codes via its serial port.
