Anyone have an idea of how to fix a HAI UPB switch that no longer turns off? I have to pull out the air gap switch at the bottom to turn the light off now.
It sounds like the triac mechanism that performs the dimming has failed. If you call HAI Technical Support, they can confirm my suspicion and will arrange to ahve the switch replaced.
