Does there exist a surface mount window magnet which passes voltage across the gap via the magnet and has contacts on both sides? What I mean is, you attach the wire from the panel to the switch part of the sensor which you stick to the window jamb, and the magnet part sticks to the movable window sash (like every surface magnet) but there is a second pair on terminals on the magnet side, so that you can attach a window bug, glassbreak tape, etc. When the window is closed, voltage passes through the magnet to the sash side, and the bug/tape will operate.
I dimly remember seeing something like this a few years ago. It would really help me out now. Does it exist?
