Getting Omnistat2 to display 31A00-8 humidity?

I have the 31A00-8 ER Temperature and Humidity Sensor hooked to my OPII. The Omnistat2 does pick up the external temp and displays it fine, but it doesn't seem to display the humidity. Is there something I need to configure to make this work? The OmniStat2 documentation does say it's possible..

Any ideas?

The documentation is wrong. I contacted HAI about this and was told it is not possible to display and that the doc is not correct. SJ

You can connect an external temp/humidity sensor to the RC2000/Omnistat2 or to the OPII panel. I'm guessing if you connect it to the RC2000 the humidity info is lost to the panel. Either way the RC2000 can't display external humidity.

Do I have this right?

Yes, you had me look at my Omnistat2.

It only shows external temperature; no humidity. I can though see the external Temp/Humidity sensors with my Omnitouch screens just fine; which is what I mostly use lately to adjust the OmniStat anyways.

I've not connected the external sensors directly to the Omnistat2. Anyone do that yet?

BTW and related someone on Ebay is selling new flush mounted temperature sensors for $17 each. I purchased two last night.

The Ebay seller only sold me one and refunded the difference for two. I received it today. It is a two wire flush mount for connectivity directly to the Omnistat. I have two rooms on the main floor of the house that are different temps typically by 5-6 degrees; so installing this device on the main floor in the family room. The instructions state that the Omnistat will use an average of the thermostat and external temperature sensor for the readings.

Today I have two external temperature/humidity sensors hooked up to the HAI OPII panel; one outside and one in the master bedroom.
