HAI Dimmer inhabited by Satan

Well... not really, but it is acting odd.

I have one HAI UPB dimmer that when off occasionally will flicker and quickly dim up and down on its own. It has even once dimmed up to full brightness for a bit. When it does this the blue "I'm off" LED stays lit.

Has this dimmer (3 months old or so) gone bad? WHat should I do with this bad boy?

Give it an old fashioned exorcism before its LED starts flashing green (instead of puking green which a switch obviously can't do).

If it was me I would call/email Tech Support where I bought it and if they can not walk you determining what is causing it ask that they replace it. I would not want a switch with a problem like that. HAI stands behind their products (in my experiences at least but to be honest I rarely see a return for an HAI item) so hopefully you will not have a problem getting it replaced if the distributor tech support can not help you figure out what is going on.
