monitoring companies? HAI system

I almost have my omnipro system up and running. now im looking for the best solution for monitoring services. Is there a direct service (ie - no middleman alarm installer) that is reputable? Im not looking for the cheapest necessarily.

also - i use a voip (dsl) phone so something that can use that would be a plus. will consider cellular options as well. I have sound some with a google search:

Alarm relay or watch light seem to be popular choices here.

Does anyone have experience using them?

They suggested an HAI C3 for cellular backup. Antone have experience with that device?
