open source controllers

Guys I would like to know who all is using LinuxMCE as a controller in there setup also what other open source controllers are out there? I use windows 7 media center edition for all of my media needs it would be nice if there was a plugin for windows 7 that gave it home control features.

There are a few folks here using some kind of Linux controller application. By far more Windows as there are more commercial and open source varieties available.

You are looking to run the Home automation controller on Linux and integrating with Windows MCE PCs?

is mHome by Embedded Automation not compatible with Windows 7? Was one of the better MCE based HA solutions out there.
