PC Access crashes on startup

Hello All,

I am just a home user and have not logged into my system with PC Access for a few months. I tried to change some of the heating codes today but PC Access will not run on the computer, it just crashes at startup.

I am running Win7 64... I am sure it is something small but what am I missing, and why did it all of a sudden stop working.

I have reinstalled it now about 3 times using different locations but to no avail. It is also set to run as admin and Bitdeffender has an allow rule for the application while all windows firewall and anti virus are shut down.

I do not know the solution but I am also running win 7 64bit and mind does the same. After several trys it does load though.

What version of PC Access 3 are you running? The current release is 3.4.0.573. Also can you provide any details on the "crash" like what is the exact message?

FYI: PC Access 3 should work fine in Win7 64 bit.

Do you have Weblink also installed? If so, you must shut down the Weblink server before starting PC Access.
