HAI Forums

I just posted an HAI topic in the securtiy section but I have a question about HAI forums. Until a few months ago, Worhtington Solutions had a very active HAI forum that even had HAI corporate professionals answering questions.

Does anyone know what happened to that forum?

I was happy to find this forum, but is it the most active forum for HAI ?

Also please check my post from today about interfacing IP web cams with HAI Omni in the Coocoon Tech Security forum.

You are far better off here as Worthington consistently censored any criticism, negative feedback or honest reactions to some of HAI's less than well performing products. There is a serious lack of integrity in the Worthington organization and that is precisely why I left their forums years ago and severed any business ties to them.

The forums shifted to the dealer only side.
If you have a dealer account with Worthington, you can sign up for the forums.
With the shift, the Worthington forums are much less active.

So what distributor(s) are you using now because I feel the same way. Quoted one price and then it magically doubles without notice. WTF-they said a manuf. pricing change. I called up a local vendor and was able to order at the original price.
