How to connect driveway alarm to OmniPro II

I have a Dakota Alert buried probe driveway alert with an indoor receiver/chime. The receiver has form C relays. My OmniPro II is configured to also handle UPB. Is there a device that can be connected to the relays that will send a signal to the OmniPro II via UPB?

Simply Automated, Western Mountain and PCS have modules that take dry contact inputs and send UPB signals.
I use 3 of the Simply Automated devices, they work well.

Unless I'm missing what your intention is, you can simply connect the Dakota Wireless relay directly to an auxiliary zone on the HAI. From there you can monitor the driveway through programming.

When Driveway_Zone Secure (Most driveway probes are normally open and go "secure" when detecting)
SEND UPB Signal, send voice notification, send beep to consoles, etc.
